I believe that this quote means that physical fitness isn't only for other to be amazed with what's on the outside rather than what's on the inside. I also think that it means that physical fitness plays an important role in our lives. Being healthy doesn't only mean having a fit body it means having a strong mind, being intelligent and choosing the right. We must always be CTR 24/7. Fitness and intelligence go hand in hand because in the morning it is said to believe that if you eat a good breakfast you are most likely to do better than other who have not when it comes to learning. Not having a breakfast can distract you because you might feel hungry and just be thinking of food on the other hand, if you did have something to eat, you will be ready to learn. Staying healthy includes: not doing drugs, not taking alcohol, staying away from junk food, exercising daily, studding, reading, doing your work and taking care of yourself overall. Your intelligence doesn't only depend on your brain it depends on your health overall. Being fit gives you  a healthy body, a healthy body gives you a strong brain, strong brain, ready to learn, ready to learn, bright future, bright future, happy you.

Health Educator

Duties & responsibilities: they teach others of behaviors that promote wellness. Health educators improve the health of individuals and communities by developing strategies.providing information involves them putting presentations together to inform the public about certain things.  They may also collect data and discuss health concerns. They discuss this with members of specific populations & communities. They work in a variety of places. They can either be found at hospitals, non profit organizations, doctors, etc.  They need to know how to speak to an audience. Places they promote their programs are schools, workshops and conferences. Health Educators play an important role because hey let others know information related on health.

Salary: $43, 840 per year

Education: Need a bachelor’s degree,  a Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES), high school diploma and brief period on the job training

Reflection: Would you like to be one? Why? Why not?

I wouldnt like to be a health educator. I don't feel like it would be a job for me cause i would get bored. This job does not seem interesting to me. And you need to speak in front of large audiences etc.
