“Enthusiasm makes the difference.”
Dr. Norman Vincent Peale

Related image I think this quote is to always show enthusiasm. By doing so you will be doing yourself and others a favor, no matter what it is you're doing. Showing enthusiasm means intense and eager enjoyment, interest, or approval. Being enthusiastic will make things better and funner. By being enthusiastic you can change your own mood and others around you, that will eventually spread. One little change can make a big difference. Say you and all your friends are going on a book tour at the library. Nobody is excited for it then you switch that up and show enthusiasm and best believe ya’ll will have the most fun! Why? Because they'll say oh look she's interested maybe I should too soon enough everyone will and that boring trip will turn to a fun one because of enthusiasm. Having enthusiasm doesn't make a difference in things/ perspectives making it important to always show/have. Not having or not showing enthusiasm won't take you nowhere. Because anything you do you'll find boring. Now if you do have enthusiasm you will be exposed to learning new things because you will always show interest by being enthusiastic.

“ I wasn't trying to live a legacy. I was trying to do what was right. ”
Dean Smith

Image result for dean smith This quote indicated how one could go far more than what they believe by doing what's right. Doing what's right can take someone far in life because people will look up to you. One should always do the right thing even when it doesn't feel like you should. By doing what's right you will receive positive/good karma, no matter what. That karma will come with success. You also must have good intentions in whatever it is you're doing. If Dean Smith would have been a rude, mean, didn't really care about his player but more of the wins coach, he wouldn't have gotten rewarded the way he is. He wouldn't be a role model the way he is today. Dean always made sure to be kind, show good character and be a CTR person, so he went down as a legend. He was a great man and is a great example of what being a CTR person can do to you. This is why we must always choose the right.

“ITS NOT ABOUT HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS. ITS ABOUT HOW TO LEAD YOUR LIFE. IF YOU LEAD YOUR LIFE THE RIGHT WAY, THE KARMA (GOOD RESULT, DESTINY , FORTUNE, GOOD LUCK) WILL TAKE CARE OF ITS-SELF. THE DREAM WILL COME TO YOU."
Dr. Randy Pausch

Image result for KARMA I believe that this quote mean if you do whats right, right will always come back to you. Positive actions have positive consequences. By choosing the right you will always get good results back to your self. No matter what it is you choose if it right, Karma will come get you and reward you. Now if you choose that bad negative karma will be out for you. You wouldn't have to worry about it in the first place. If you see someone getting bullied you help you good karma will come back to you for being brave. Now for the bully karma is gonna bite them and get them back for what they did. Karma will always come back weather its good or bad. "karma is my sister." If you are trying to get something for yourself and you do it in a bad way, it will get you. If you do it in the right way, even if your broke, it will come and reward you because you chose the right by doing the correct ways. Be good and get good.

"Make Your Passion Your Profession"

My passion involves math and building, getting creative. I like to solve math problems because sometimes they require lots of thinking. I also seem to enjoy math because at the end of one problem there is always one right answer. Unlike English and since, you could predict in those and ones thinking is ever the same. In math there is different ways to get an answer to a problem but there is always going to be one right answer.
I can make my passion become my profession by becoming an engineer. I would like to be be either a robotic or chemical engineer. I say this because engineering requires lots of math. Me liking math already is a bonus & I enjoy learning new things, experimenting, and building to get one correct answer. It also involves lots of thinking and problem solving.
Image result for math      The education required is one bust earn their bachelor's degree and high school preparation should include geometry, trigonometry, algebra, calculus plus physics chemistry, and biology. Pass fundamentals of engineering examination, complete at least four years of engineering experience.
Skills that are requires is being patient and you must be a good problem solver.Another thing that is the main skill is being good at math.
In order to actually become an engineer i'm going to try my best in high school. I will graduate high school with a high gpa and I will  get accepted to MIT. I want to make it into MIT. I will also make sure to practice my math everyday.

“Of all the work that is done or that can be done for our country, the greatest is that of educating the BODY, the MIND, and above all the CHARACTER, giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation.”
Theodore Roosevelt
Image result for THEODORE. ROOSEVELT       I believe that this quote has a very strong meaning behind it. I think this quote means that you as a person controls what you do, but as everyone together, we control our future. Our decisions today can affect the lives of others. Our decisions can affect the younger generations. They will have a great impact as of what we do for ourselves either good or bad. There is a lot of CTR people in this world. All those CTR people are being good citizens, but like always we don't live in an idyllic world, where everyone is picture perfect. But WE chose that. There is CTW people in this world as well, but like this quote says, we have the power to say no, stop, etc. We are our own person, therefore we are responsible for choosing what's best and the outcomes of our choices. By educating your body mind & over all character, you're not only helping yourself but everyone one around you as well.

"Intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character that is the goal of true education"
Martin Luther King Jr.

Image result for mlk
Base on this quote I believe that he is trying to say that just being smart alone wont help you achieve as many things as you can with having your intelligence plus good character. The more the merrier. Having good character can help you achieve many things. By having good character one gets to show of the manners that they have. Having good character and intelligence can help you out run some one that has one whole, but is lacking in the other one. This is very important in the long run because say three people are applying to that same job. Person one has good character. Person two has really high intelligence. But person three is so smart and has great character meaning they have both of what one and two have. Who will get the job? Obviously person three because they're the ones with high potential and they are willing to do more since it is already seen that they have more.  I believe that this quote is true and I agree with it, because having more, will give you more.

"We need the courage to START and CONTINUE what we should do, and the courage to STOP what we shouldn't do."
Richard  L. Evans

I believe that this quote means that courage will always be needed. It means that you always have to be courageous and nice. I think this because weather its right or wrong you will need the courage to stop something that isn't right and the courage to do things that are right. Examples of  using courage for the right is stopping a bully from bulling or courage to face your fears. Using your courage is always a good thing because you're speaking what you believe and you're showing what you stand for weather its using your voice, expressions etc. Being a courageous person will help you achieve what you want. We will always need the courage to do good thins and the courage to strop bad ones.

School Break Days

Image result for michoacan logo    On December 19, was the day I flew out to Mexico. I went to go visit my grandma that I hadn't seen in a really long time. I went with my cousins and it was my first time. I went Michoacan. At Mexico we did a lot of cool and exciting things, we got wet, went on adventures, we went to parties. I met a lot of family that lives over there and lots of cousins I didn't know about. CTR experiences I had where when some of my older cousins would drink alcohol and I was around but no adults were, they would offer but I always chose the right and said NO. one day we decided to dive out to a little place and go to a movie theater that was there we watched a movie called “No Manches Frida” the movie was super funny and it was cool being around my cousins. It also felt  nice seeing them laugh and enjoy them self. The best part of my whole trip was that I got to spend my whole break with my grandma and away from my parents even though I kinda missed them. Eventually my vacations came to an end i flew back to LA on January 7.
