This quote means that even though other characteristics are very important the most valuable and important one is having a great heart. By having a great heart you will be generous a very sympathetic reliable person. Nothing is better than having a great heart. If you have good positive vibes you will get that back in return and that means you have a great heart. Now if you don't have a great heart and are ruthless, mean, stingy etc you will only be bringing negative vibes to your life.  An example of a person with a great heart is Ellen Degeneres. I say she is a person with a great heart because she always gives back. Ellen has helped so many people in need and doesn't second guess it. Ellen always give back to people who deserve it and opens many doors for them. She sure is a bright person. Now say she was the opposite of how she really is. If she didn't have a great heart she wouldn't be a role model, wouldn't even have the things she has today. Her great heart has helped her a lot without even knowing. If you have a great heart you will have a great future. You can kiss a good future goodbye if you don't have a great heart because having one is very very important.

        I believe this quote means that the future is in our hands. For example if you choose to start your life by being a liar and cheater and most of all always choosing the wrong  that will stay with you forever. Whether its in a state of guilt or remembrance it will be with you forever and ever. This will be with one with negativity. Now if you choose to start your life with choosing the right, being honest and a ctr person you will live a good life and you will not have nothing to worry about. Karma can be good and bad and karma never goes away. It is on us if we choose good or if we choose bad. All of our choices have consequences that can be both good and bad, its whatever we make them. That's why I strongly believe that what we choose is what we get in return always. You must always make sure to be careful with what you choose because it will impact your future. What you do right now is what will either hurt you or help you later on in your future. Choosing the right is very important. Ones future is dependent on our choices. 

Ophthalmologist

Duties and responsibilities: They are special types of doctors that treat illnesses and diseases on a person's eye. Ophthalmologist  also examine eyes and prescribe contact lenses and glasses also perform eye surgery. There main focus are on the eyes. This job requires patience, care, and good speaking skill to communicate and give information. Certain eye monitors are used to check out the function of the eyes and the muscles. Another thing is that administrative and management skills are needed for this career.

Salary: $197,700 average salary

Education: Complete medical school then a 3-8 year residency and internship then a bachelor's degree. Having a state licence is also required.

Reflection: Would you like to be one? Why? Why not?

I wouldn't like to be one because I would be paranoid that I could harm someone's vision. Also this job requires a lot of patience and I don't have much. I don't think I would fit this job. This job requires a lot of school etc and I wouldn't be interested.

            This quote means that in order to be get to what you want you must visualize it. One must also make it up and set goals for it. If not it will never come true. Making a goal and plan is very smart because if something doesn't turn out you'll always have other options to choose from. Making a plan is a very good idea because you'll know what you want and what you are striving to have in the future.  You must also have a target, the main thing you will like to get outa all your goal. Another things is that if you plan your future, you'll have something to rely on when thinking back to see what you have accomplished and what you still need to. Another thing when you plan is time. You must set a time limit per goal to reach all them and you must be sure to set realistic goals. You must not rush to get  through everything, everything comes at its time, take it at a steady pace and do it one at a time, little by little. A life planning goals journal will be a great start. You must also believe in yourself and have confidence that you can do it and you will do it. To have a great future you must have a plan. Having a plan is very important top get to what you want in life. 

Operating Room Technician

Duties and responsibilities: They can also be known as ORT’s. Normally there is only one ORT per operating room. Usually participate in surgical procedures every day. They may also take  samples recovered during surgery to another part of the hospital, typically the pathology department. They must be very careful because a patient's live is on the surgical team. They must also have good communication skills and be able to work in teams. They are the ones who prepare a patient's room before surgery takes place. They are also in charge of cleaning the room after surgery is over.

Salary: $44,330 annually

Education: Must be a graduate from a surgical technology program. A 2 year degree program or 9-15 months certification. It is also required to have medical training in pharmacology anatomy and physiology.

Reflection: I would like to be a operating room technician because they are not under a lot of pressure and there job includes things i enjoy doing. Such as cleaning. I also feel as if i would be interested in this job because it is very interesting. You'll get to experience new things on the daily and that is cool.

This means that when you choose the right you will be honored. In order for one to receive things that they want in this case honor, you must always choose the right. Right is never wrong and can never go wrong. If you choose to do wrong (CTW) things you will NOT be honored. Wrong is never right. Ctw things include cheating, lying, stealing,etc. For example the  Jackie Robinson Little League had won 2nd place world championship. But there tittle was taken from them when they were caught choosing the wrong. They lied about their players and because of that they are no longer honored. Now, if they would have never cheated and continued on to choose the right by having eligible players they would still continue to be honored. One simple little mistake, lie, etc. can change everything to bad. Bad will not get one to be honored, only doing good and being CTR will bring honor and success to one’s life.
